Cairo-Mubasher Exclusive: Nine stocks listed on Egypt’s bourse fell on Wednesday to their lowest levels in several months, as they were hurt by the market slump seen in the past period.
According to data compiled by Mubasher, Egypt Gas stock fell to a 43-month low of EGP 54, while Alexandria Cement plunged to EGP 9.45, which is the stock’s lowest price in sixteen and a half months.
EK Holding, Al Arafa Holding and Al Moasher bottomed out at a 15-month low of $0.73, $0.17 and EGP 0.77 respectively.
Meanwhile, Qalaa and Ezz Dekheila plummeted to a 14-month low of EGP 3.22 and EGP 553 in a row.
Middle Egypt Flour Mills went down to EGP 17.7 (its lowest level in 12 and a half months), while TransOceans sank to $0.11 (its lowest level in 11 and a half months).
Ataqa and Maridive plunged to their lifetime lows, falling to EGP 13.87 and $0.71 respectively.
